To help make you wedding a memorable experience your guests we ask that you customize the menu from the vast array of choices we have to offer. If there are diet concerns, for any of your guests please inform us. Our Chef  will prepare a special meal for their needs.
All buffets include beautiful floral displays, serving staff, and all catering clean up.
 
Minimum guests 100.
 
Payment Information
 
To secure your date  a deposit of $100.00
is required.
 
Final count is due 3 weeks prior to event.
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to event.
 
Please add 18% gratuity and 6 % tax to food selection pricing.
 
Bartender service 5 hours $150.00 additional bartenders $100.00. Bartender will have a tip jar.

Mixed greens topped with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, pecans, a grilled chicken breast and our homemade fresh raspberry dressing.Cashew Chicken Salad Chicken, cashews, and dried cranberries mixed with our secret mayo base dressing. Served with a fresh baked scone and fruit garnish.
