Creating A Perfect Menu
Once you have chosen the La Premier package you want to serve your guests we ask that you customize the menu using the vast array of choices we offer.
 
 
  • To start check the package to see what is included in the package, example (King David's buffet has two display Hors 'douvers while the Victorian Grand has two display plus three tray passed).
  • Find the selection group and start to build your menu.
    Continue with each category.
 
If there are diet concerns, for any of your guests, please inform us and we will be happy to prepare a special meal suited for their needs.

    • Chicken Gorgonzola: stuffed with our special cornbread dressing,  Gorgonzola cheese, spinach, and bacon topped with a spinach cream sauce.
     
    • Chicken Italian: filled with spicy Italian sausage and cheese topped with a roasted pepper sauce and cheese .
     
    • Chicken Marsala: Our Italian chicken breast topped with a delicious Marsala sauce and sauteed mushrooms.
     
    • Chicken Monterey: Our apricot cornbread stuffed chicken breast topped with a wonderful blend of cheeses and cream.
     
    • Chicken Piccata: Chicken breast with a lemon caper sauce is just right for those who love lemon.
     
    Pork!
     
    • Rosemary Roasted Pork Loin:  the rosemary gives this dish a wonderful aroma and is served with baked apples.
     
    • Hawaiian Pork Loin: Our roasted pork loin cut into medallions topped with pineapple, a sweet chili sauce, and toasted coconut gives a taste of the tropics.
     
    Fish & Seafood!
     
     
    • Stuffed Salmon: Fresh whole sides stuffed with our dressing, crab and a little secret that makes this a incredible dish.
     
    • Lemon Caper Salmon: Baked to perfection then topped with lemon and capers for a wonderful fresh summer dish
     
    • Scallops & Shrimp: Our own creation of cream, seafood, and herbs this is a great seafood dish served with little biscuits.
     
    • Stir fry Shrimp: Chef stir fried shrimp and vegetable station, Fresh shrimp and vegetable are stir fried as your guest arrive. Served with sweet &  sour sauce and white rice.
     
    Vegetarian!
     
    • Eggplant Parmesan: light breaded eggplant topped with  marinara sauce and provolone cheese.
     
    • Stuffed Butternut Squash: Stuffed with wheat, brown rice, couscous, feta cheese, black olives and vegetable.
     
    • Stuffed Red Pepper: Stuffed with brown and wild rice herbs, tofu, and cheese.
     
     
     
    Just to let you know we use only fresh vegetables, our potatoes are homemade, and  we have our salmon delivered fresh from Canada. 
     
     
     
    Bread Stations
     
    Each buffet has a beautiful bread station with pure butter flavored with Cinnamon Honey and Orange, for a special treat.
